The Builders Center of Chicago (BCC) Rent-To-Own (RTO) program allows renters to accumulate equity toward the purchase of a BCC property. Units are available throughout the South Side market and equity created at one site is transferrable to another site as may be available. Terms and conditions apply.
The BCC Rent-to-Own program is customized for each situation and property. A sample program might be designed as follows:
Example: Rent @ $1200 per month
1/3 rent ($400) to equity for future purchase
18 month purchase trigger
After 18 months, $7200 applicable towards equity financed through Mortgage arm of BCC
